Hey there, I’m Molly and I’m so happy you’re here.

I’m an American who has been living abroad for nearly 7 years. I spent the first 3 of those in Dublin and made the move to London about 4 years ago. Without a doubt, this international move was the best decision I’ve ever made and has opened up my world beyond my wildest imagination.

Prior to relocating to Ireland, I had never actually been to Europe! Since then I’ve been making up for lost time - it is never too late to start exploring. In the last 7 years, I’ve been to 35 countries and checked off 4 new continents.

I am so passionate about travel that I wanted to start Table Fries to share the places that I’ve loved, what I’ve learned along the way, and more.

The name Table Fries is inspired by a group of great friends that I made several years ago. We all arrived solo to a group trip to Greece (more on that later) and have formed a lasting and travel-filled friendship.

Here’s to seeing new places and sharing fries/frites/chips with people you love.
